The Crain Forge variant cover is the reason I grabbed this — the linework on Forge's armor really pops, and the colors are way more vibrant in hand than in the preview images. Rachel leading the new squad is a fun twist too. Solid start to this run.
Didn't expect the Forge-led lineup to grab me this fast, but the handpicked team angle really works. Crain's cover art alone makes this worth grabbing for the shelf.
Picked this up mostly for the Crain variant cover and it does not disappoint—the metallic sheen on Forge's arm really pops in person. Story setup is solid too, with Forge assembling a team that actually feels deliberate rather than random. Glad I grabbed a copy before they sold out.
